My dear friend,
I want you to stop and think about the extraordinary privilege we share. Scripture promises us that the name of Jesus Christ will be proclaimed among the Nations. Thank God you and I live in a land where his name has been proclaimed and where his name is now being proclaimed.
Yet, this freedom is not universal. There are many places where the proclamation of Christ’s name simply isn’t allowed. In those parts of the world, there is often no local church, no Bible bookstore, and not even Christian radio available. This is because there is censorship of any proclamation of the truth of Jesus Christ.
We must realize that we are among those few nations that allow Christ’s name to be proclaimed, and we dare not ever take that great gift for granted. My prayer for you is that you will rejoice in our freedoms here and commit to keep praying that Jesus Christ will indeed be proclaimed among the Nations.
