In such event, you shall provide the Organization with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Organization.
- The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Organization, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its third-party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Collin County, Texas. The user also agrees to Christian conciliation of any disputes relating to the site. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Insight for Living (“IFL”) may use artificial intelligence tools to support and enhance certain functions of our website and digital services, including but not limited to search features, content recommendations, automated communications, and customer support assistance.
Human Oversight
IFL is committed to responsible use of AI. Our team maintains oversight of AI tools used on our platforms to ensure alignment with our mission to communicate the truths of Scripture accurately, clearly, and practically. AI tools used by IFL will not be used to generate or alter doctrinal content or biblical teaching attributed to Pastor Chuck Swindoll or IFL without human review and approval.
Data and Privacy
Any personal data processed in connection with AI-powered features on our platforms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. IFL does not sell personal data to third parties, including AI service providers, for commercial purposes.
User-Generated Content and AI
Users may not employ AI tools to submit content to IFL platforms — including prayer requests, testimonies, or ministry feedback — that is false, misleading, or intended to misrepresent a personal experience.
