Christian Leadership 101

It’s not enough for church leaders to earn a seminary degree. While that’s foundational to their success, there’s something else that’s critically important. When we appoint someone to lead a congregation, or teach our children, or provide leadership for the youth group … we’re not only looking for a candidate who understands the Bible. It’s imperative that we appoint men and women of personal character and integrity.
