  1. How can I donate to Insight for Living Ministries? What is your mailing address?

    We genuinely appreciate your desire to support Insight for Living Ministries.

    You may donate with a credit card online at give.insight.org, from within our mobile App, or call our toll-free number at 1-800-772-8888. You may also mail a check or money order to:

  2. How can I get a copy of my year-to-date statement?

    Insight for Living Ministries' receipts contain year-to-date donation information. Your final December receipt will indicate your annual giving. If you’ve requested that we not send receipts, please call us at 1-800-523-6959 or e-mail us at ytd@insight.org, and we will be happy to send you your year-end statement.

  3. How do I make a change to my automatic monthly giving?

    Please log in to your account at https://give.insight.org/login by entering your username and password.

    A list of recurring donations will be displayed under the Recurring Donations heading. Click on the red "Modify" button to change your gift payment date, amount, or credit card on file. Please be sure to click the green "Save Your Information" button at the bottom of the page.

  4. How do I return a product?

    Thank you for ordering from Insight for Living Ministries. If you would like to return an item you’ve ordered, please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip. Please use the return label provided there and send it to:

  5. My order was damaged or defective; how do I get a replacement?

    If there is a problem with your order or if an item is damaged or defective, please call us at 1-800-523-6959, and we will be happy to replace the item.

Donation Refund Policy

  1. What is Insight for Living Ministries' donation refund policy?

    We genuinely appreciate your financial donation to support Insight for Living Ministries. Like most charitable organizations, we accept your donation on a “no refunds” basis.

    The only exception to our policy is when a mistake has occurred during the process of making the donation. For example, if the submit button is accidentally hit twice and a double donation is made; or if an incorrect amount is entered, and a donation is made in an amount that you did not intend.

    In these cases, please contact Customer Services within 30 days of your donation at 1-800-523-6959, Monday – Friday from 7am-5pm CST. We will be more than happy to assist you with your refund.

App Donations

  1. Can I view my App donations on the insight.org website?

    Donations made on our App cannot be viewed on insight.org. App donations are processed by Subsplash Inc. (the creator of The Church App/IFLM App) as noted by "secure.subsplash.com" in the URL and email receipts.

  2. How can I view my App donations and view giving statements?

    To view your App donations' giving history or statements, you will need to first login to the App.


    1. Within the App, click the menu icon (3 horizontal bars) in the upper left corner.
    2. Click "Log In or Sign Up" and complete the requested information (if not already logged-in).
    3. Return to the main menu and select Giving.
    4. Click the profile icon () near the upper right corner.
    5. Select Gift History or Statement History to proceed to your desired information.
  3. Can I change my recurring App donation?

    To change your recurring gift amount or card information, you will need to discontinue your existing recurring gift and set up a new one.


    1. Within the App, click the menu icon (3 horizontal bars) in the upper left corner.
    2. Select the Giving option, and then click the profile icon () near the upper right corner.
    3. Select Recurring Gifts.
    4. Select the gift you would like to discontinue and click the Remove button at the bottom.
    5. Return to the giving page and set up a new recurring gift.
  4. How do I request a refund or cancel a gift made on the App?

    To request a refund for an App transaction that has already been processed, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-523-6959 or from the Contact Us button below.

    Please do not initiate a chargeback with your financial institution as this costs a fee to our ministry and tarnishes our financial record.
