“I’m so stressed!” This exclamation is the heart cry of many today. No one—not even the most faithful Christian—is immune to relationship strains, job difficulties, and financial challenges.
The cure to such trouble is internal rest. True rest is more than just a nap or a vacation. Rest that will soothe anxious souls is found only in Jesus Christ. In Matthew 11:28–30, the Savior said that His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
