The day Christ was risen from the dead, death died. Its sting was removed and its stigma reduced, especially for the Christian. His triumph over the grave has given Christianity a unique distinctive. As no “religion” can claim, our Founder lives, having been bodily raised from the dead by the power of Almighty God. The gloom of His death is removed forever . . . and the good news is this: Because He lives, we shall live also! “He is risen,” announced the angel. He is risen indeed!
