Overview:
Jesus is superior in His nature; He is deity. He is also superior in His birth; virgin born, separate from sin. And His lifestyle, as well, is superior, for in His incarnation He, very God, added to His character true humanity. The result? Undiminished deity and perfect humanity inseparably united in His unique existence. Theologians refer to Jesus, therefore, as the theanthropic Person, both God and man. Any serious examination of the life of our Lord must include time reflecting on the question of His Person. Since Jesus is fully God and fully man, as He claimed to be, then all human history is subject to His authority. This message describes how clearly these truths are set forth in Scripture.
