Obedience is not a guarantee of ease: Sometimes, the path of righteousness leads directly into a storm. We must measure success by our faithfulness, not our immediate comfort.

Opposition often signals spiritual progress: When the enemy’s kingdom is threatened, the retaliation is often fierce. Increased pressure can be a sign that God is about to move.

It is okay to be honest with God: Moses did not hide his frustration. God can handle our "why" questions as long as we bring them to Him rather than turning away from Him.

God’s character is the anchor: When the "what" and the "when" of God's plan don't make sense, we must fall back on the "who"—the unchanging character of the Lord who remembers His promises.
