Tom Hayes currently serves as our executive vice president and chief international officer. Tom previously served for five years on the Insight for Living Ministries Board of Directors and currently serves on the board of two mission agencies —WorldVenture and Russian Leadership Ministries. Tom and his wife Katie make their home in Texas, where they are constantly entertained by their two young sons.
