Steve Green grew up in Argentina with his missionary parents but returned to the United States at age 18. In 1984, Steve released his first recording with Sparrow Records. With 37 recordings to his credit, including children’s projects and Spanish-language albums, Steve has sold more than three million albums worldwide. He has garnered 18 number-one songs, seven GMA Dove awards and four Grammy nominations. Though he feels called and privileged to share Christ’s love through his music ministry, Steve’s first ministry is to his family. Steve and Marijean have been married for 35 years and have two married children, Summer and Josiah, and two granddaughters.
For more than 25 years Dick Tunney has accompanied many Christian artists, including TRUTH, The Imperials, Sandi Patty and the Young Messiah Tour. He has also appeared on numerous television shows and specials. Dick has been heavily involved in Nashville’s recording community as a producer, arranger and keyboard and piano player. Currently, Dick serves as pianist and musical director for Christian artist Steve Green and as musical director for the God of All Glory Tour. Songwriting with his wife, Mel, has been a constant thread the past 30 years. Together, they have published more than 150 Christian songs and are recipients of 10 GMA Dove awards and one Grammy award.
Since he was 6 years old, David Pendleton has had a passion for ventriloquism and performing. Today, he’s a seasoned professional, an in-demand comedian, and an expert ventriloquist whose unique brand of humor has won over audiences throughout the world. David’s flawless technique sets him apart from other ventriloquists. He not only amazes audiences with his remarkable ability to make them believe anything can talk, but his comedy act keeps them laughing from start to finish. David resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with wife, Lynda, and two sons.
Reg Grant served as professor of Pastoral Ministries at Dallas Theological Seminary for 31 years and now serves as professor and chair of the Department of Media Arts and Worship. He teaches preaching, drama, voice, creative writing, and creative radio production. Reg has written, produced, and acted for radio, television, theater, and film. Several of his films have been nominated for Emmys. Two have won. Two of his films have received the coveted Golden Apple award for best educational film in America. Reg and his wife, Lauren, have three grown children and one grandson. Lauren serves at CASA as a child advocate for abused and neglected children.
Bill holds a bachelor's degree from Florida Bible College, a master of arts degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a master of education degree from Florida Atlantic University. Bill taught at Florida Bible College for seven years. While there in the 1970s he invited Chuck to deliver some Bible lectureships which provided some occasions for them to become fast friends. This led to Chuck's invitation to Bill in 1981 to join the team at Insight for Living as director of Counseling Ministries where he remained for seven years. Bill has ministered since 1988 in Christian and corporate venues as a speaker, writer, and ghostwriter (thus explaining his chalky complexion). Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors of Insight for Living Ministries. He and his wife, Kathi, live in Newport Beach, California. They have five grown children and eleven grandchildren.
Dave Carl, the creator, producer, principal writer, and director of the Insight for Living Ministries children’s program, Paws & Tales, served with the ministry for more than 12 years. Currently, Dave is the Children's and Family Ministry pastor at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas, and has just completed his studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. Dave's wife, Cathy, works for Insight for Living Ministries as executive assistant to president and chief executive officer Cynthia Swindoll. Dave and Cathy call Frisco, Texas, home. They have three children and one son-in-law.
Kristi has served at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas, since 2003 and is currently the pastoral leader of Elementary Ministries. She is passionate about serving kids and their families. She absolutely loves her job and loves hanging out and having fun with the kids. Kristi is pursuing a master’s degree in Christian Education at Dallas Theological Seminary. She has been married to Walter for 26 years, and they have three grown children, Ryan, Wesley, and Becka.
