  1. How do I make a change to my online recurring gift?

    Please log in to your account at https://give.insight.org/portal.aspx by entering your username and password.

    A list of recurring donations will be displayed under the Recurring Donations heading. Click on the red "Modify" button to change your gift payment date, amount, or credit card on file. Please be sure to click the green "Save Your Information" button at the bottom of the page.

  4. How do I listen to current or past broadcasts online?

    Our Web site offers you the ability to listen to current and past messages through our broadcast library. To access this feature, click Broadcast and choose either Current Broadcast or Broadcast Library in the dropdown menu.

  5. I am having problems listening to today’s broadcast.

    This usually happens in older browsers when there is a problem with the Flash player on your computer or if it is not installed. To solve this, please go to www.adobe.com and click Get Adobe Flash Player. This is a free program that works in your browser. If you already have a Flash player installed, it often helps to reinstall it. Follow the instruction on the Adobe Web site.

  6. How do I change my password?

    Please log in to your account at https://store.insight.org/account.aspx by entering your username and password.

    Update your password by filling in the New Password and Confirm New Password boxes. Click the gray "Update Account" button to save your changes.

  7. How do I get the podcast?

    Subscribe to our podcasts by going to www.insight.org/connect/podcast.

  8. I do not use iTunes. Do you have a direct URL to the podcast?

    We are pleased to offer a free podcast, where you can download all of the latest Insight for Living broadcasts. While our Web site describes how to subscribe to our podcast via iTunes, you may also subscribe to our podcast with any “podcatcher” software.

  9. How do I download my MP3s?

    Please log in to your account by going to the Account menu at the top of the store page and click on Login. Enter your username and password. Return to the Account menu and choose My Downloads from the dropdown menu. Find the message purchased in the Your Downloads list, click on Download and if asked, choose to save the file in your Downloads folder or another location. Once the file is saved to your computer, you can open it with your preferred media player.

    If the file plays in a browser plugin but you want to download and save your file, you can right-click the file's download button and then select "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..." to choose a location.

    Download multiple files as a single .zip file

    If you purchased a product that contains more than one file (of any type) you will have the option of downloading it as a single compressed .zip file. Usually the .zip file for the series will appear first in the list of downloads available followed by the individual messages. You can download this .zip file to a location on your computer and it contains all of the files associated with the product. Once downloaded go to the location where the file was downloaded to and unzip the file. To do this on a Windows computer right-click the folder and click "Extract All" and then follow the instructions.

    There are a small number of sets available only as .zip files. There is an alert on those products in the store.

  10. Why are my MP3s not showing on the download page?

    If your MP3s are not showing up when you log in, try logging out and logging back in. This will refresh your download page. If you continue to experience problems, please call us at 1-800-772-8888 between 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. central time.

    Go to www.insight.org/app to download either version.
